Most of my work lives inside Recursion. Here's what I can share, alongside the things I've built on my own time.
EXP-001
2022 — present
[active]
Specialized application enabling scientists at Recursion to design and execute high-throughput screens quickly and reproducibly. One of the core tools driving experimental data generation.
EXP-002
2021 — present
[active]
Laboratory information management systems tracking samples, experiments, and results across research operations. Designed for scientific reproducibility at scale.
EXP-003
2023
[complete]
A personal interpreted programming language built on Python. Written to scratch an itch — wanted syntax that fit my own mental model for writing data transformations and algorithms. Originally motivated by Advent of Code.
EXP-004
various
[ongoing]
A collection of game genre clones with a drug discovery twist. Deployed internally at Recursion for fun and team culture. Looking to compile and host these publicly.
